The Dais
The dais is an outcropping platform that Queen Lilliput stands on to communicate with the Empress of Mermaids. They communicate with each other by using trumpet shells.
The Empress of Mermaids blows through her shell on the surface of the ocean and her beautiful voice is carried by the waves.
