She opened up the doorway so now you get it your way
A party that's too good to be missed

Lilliput can't stop us the Myrmidons they can't rock us

There's a crown for the Empress of Mermaids
The world above can just go hang for a day
So Throw away your work swim down for the crowning
A gala that's full of music and play

Jasmine looks so regal just wavin to the people
We're loyal and would never betray
Our Empire is well founded our people are well grounded
All of us have parts in the band to play
The Court shines like the sun the Ball's really begun so
Don't hesitate to join in the dance
Empress leads the ball she's the fairest one of all

where the Mer-Folk helped all those whom believe

Like many mermaids, I am able to walk on land as a human. When the water clouds my thinking, I can be spotted on Mermaid Islands. I love to walk on the shore when it's chilly and rainy and tickle the starfish as they cleave to the kelp-laden tide pools. But soon enough the waves call to me and I long to be pulled into the ocean again. I command the protection of the amethyst and chrysoprase colored water against those who would wish to pollute it.

The underwater Palace is full of wonderful things - mermaid-shaped lamps, statues, and of course tons of seashells. Many denizen pass through the palace, awed by it's majesty! Starfish walk on all fives, lionfish hunt and crabs scutter to and fro, clown fish joke and anemones make the palace walls shimmer while the seahorses nod off. The palace is usually filled with mermaid songs...both from choir practice and from the chapel. There is a small rainbow that resonates above the palace at musical frequencies - each unique wavelength of color refreshing anyone who swims through it.
