When the water clouds my thinking, I visit Mermaid Islands. I love to walk on the shore when it's chilly and rainy and tickle the starfish as they cleave to the kelp-laden tide pools.

The waterfall is cold and refreshing. It's fun to swim up close.

Many little critters and birds are drawn to the tinkling sounds of mermaids laughing and splashing.
