She is also known as the Raven-Haired Apparition. The oracle is eight years old but is immortal. Desdemona is eerie and entrancing. People fear her and yet they are ever lured to her haunting song. Her melancholy voice carries far.
Desdemona can most often be seen at night floating through the air and levitating amongst the clouds. Her light blue dress is made of gossamer. Her eyes are so black that you could almost be sucked into them.
When people ask her what their future is, she is always right. It seems that she chooses people's fates.
The Raven-Haired Apparition has also been known to frequent planet Earth. The famous composer Shostakovich was regularly haunted by her...under her spell he had composed the strangest string quartets. And of course less famous people have seen Desdemona as she has been rumoured to travel through other worlds and dimensions often.
Desdemona's favorite constellation is Lyra! Lyraka is in the 12th dimension of our universe.
