The 12 Palace Guards and the 12 Swords

We are the ones the ones whom protect
The honour of our precious Lyraka
Our Empress is fair so for her we dare
To battle our foes from Errandia

When honour's at stake we'll gladly tempt fate
No Myrmidon shall breech our precious rainbow
When called we shan't hide like diamonds our pride
Shall Enlighten what lies dark within their minds

We'll fight side by side on seahorses we'll ride
To the death for the sake of our Empress so fair
W e will Gamble our fate Lilliput instigates so we'll
Brandish our broad swords and slay all those whom dare oppose

Ready for warplay we claim where we stay as the
Home of our folk they're the ones we invoke when we
Battle the Myrmidons challenge what we've done we
Tried making friends but the conflict must end there must
Be no mistaking our wills never breaking our
Empress we love and no threat from above could keep
Still our war passion we'll go into action and go
On a mission with fiery conviction

Only those whom sustain their desire will
emerge from the fire and the pain

The Palace Guards are among the most respected citizens of Lyraka. They have been taught the utmost in etiquette. They have also been outfitted with many great leadership skills. Not only are they polite and well-spoken, but they are fierce defenders of their people. They are highly valued and loved. They are not thought of as expendable.

The Palace Guards helped to design the main escutcheon of Lyraka - the shield on which the coat of arms is displayed.

The Palace Guards protect the underwater abode using their 12 crystal swords. However, one of the swords has been stolen! Will they find it and cast a protective barrier over Empire Lyraka?
